Wedding day timeline help

What is everyones wedding day timeline like? My ceremony doesn't start until 4pm so I am wondering when I should have all the girls how up and the makeup and hair people. Also when is your photographer showing up. If I don't have an exact timeline written down and just try to wing it I may go crazy, I'm a little anal.

Here is my timeline:

5:00 am- wake up

6:00 am- hairdresser to start hair

7:00 am-makeup artist to start

8:30 am- everyone start getting dressed

9:15 am-limo arrives to take us to hall

10:00 am- pictures

12:00 pm- start getting ready for ceremony

12:30 pm- ceremony

So far this is my plan

7:30 Wake up shower etc.

9:30 Bridemaids breakfast

11:00 Hair (my hair place is 2 doors away from where I will be having the bridemaid's breakfast)

1:00 Make up

3:00 we will be going to the hall to get dressed and meet the photogropher.

5:30 Ceremony Time.

This is only in the beginning stages, I just booked the hair appts a week ago.

Here's my plan:

6:00 AM-Bride's hair
MOB make-up
MOH make-up
7:00 AM-Bride's make-up
MOH hair
MOB hair
MOG hair
FG hair
8:30 AM-Return from salon to mom's house to get dressed.

9:15 AM-photographer arrives for family pictures at mom's house.

10:30-Leave for hall (not taking limo)
10:45-FH arrives at hall and has pictures with his side of family. (I will be in the bridal suite)

11:30--Ceremony!!!
12:00 PM-CH starts...FH and I will take formal pictures with our combined family. Should make it to the end of CH.

1:00 PM--Reception...HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!

How many people are doing the hair and makeup that day? I have 2 girls doing hair and makeup and the same amount of people, she told me she needs to start at 4am for everyone to be ready in time for photographer at 8:30am I wish so wish i could get up later...

I have 1 person doing hair and 1 doing make-up. They each said they need 1 hour with me and only 20-30 minutes for everyone else. For make-up...there's only 3 of us. For hair there is 4 of us plus the FG. Hope that helps.
