Re: Wedding Diet and the Holidays
Honestly, right now I am not caring one bit!
I still eat somewhat healthy (like I always have Special K for breakfast, a Lean Cuisine for lunch) but I am not denying myself cookies or snacks (I try to eat 100 cal. packs or Special K bars)...
But last night with the snow, I sooooooooooo ordered Dominos and chowed down! Because their slices are way small, you need to eat more of them!!!

Diet after the holidays. I am trying to get to the gym, but I am finding myself to be lazy.

Re: Wedding Diet and the Holidays
I can never diet during the holidays. The minute I go home my italian family tries to fatten me up. They always think I look 'famished' even when Im trying to diet!

I decided its not worth it to start a diet right around the holidays.. So starting January first its strict dieting!!!! 30lbs to go before June!

Re: Wedding Diet and the Holidays
I think I must be the only bride to be who wants to GAIN weight before her wedding!
I lost 37 pounds between being sick and chemo. I've never been so happy in my entire life to have gained 7 pounds before Thanksgiving! LOL

Re: Wedding Diet and the Holidays
i have been avoiding the whole thing since school started in september bc i've been up to my eyeballs in stress and you know how that goes. we're planning to go away in february, so i figure come december 26th, it's time to start. that way i'll feel better in my bathing suit and i'll be ready to go wedding dress shopping this summer. i really have to focus on EXERCISE this time around.

I'm the same way. I made sure my meals are decent but then if I want to try a cookie I just baked, I dont deprive myself.

Re: Wedding Diet and the Holidays
It is impossible for me to diet during the holidays - I just made a ton of cookies and I ate so many. I am too tempted at this time of year.
