No more fun, no more snacking....the wedding diet starts today!

Thursday is the 6 month mark for me and I can't delay any longer!

Also, I can't afford new clothes and I am busting out of my current wardrobe!

Can I just suggest exercise exercise exercise? I've been going to Weight Watchers and having trouble sticking to it with all the stress. BUT, I have been diligently doing my workouts and I have not gained, plus, my clothes fit different.

I feel your pain, I work at least 10 hrs every day and have been out of town for the past month at hotels! When I was in college I was in such good shape...I actually enjoyed working out. Now it is a chore.

Power 90 is an all around boot camp tape. The sculpt day you do exercises for chest-back-shoulders-bi's-tri's-legs three sets that order, about 30 minutes total.

The cardio/abs day is power yoga-jumping jacks/running-shadow boxing-kicking-punching exercises, then 10 ab exercises. The tapes have been pretty good so far probably b/c they take under an hour so it fits into my schedule and I can do them in the hotel room. Plus I haven't worked out in so long that they make me sweat (sad).

I think you can also just buy the tapes for areas you are concerned w/ The website also has other tapes (yoga, ballet, etc).

I don't work as many hours as some of you, but my hours constantly change, so it's hard to stick to a schedule.

I think wedding planning is kicking my butt. I used to be very motivated to work out--I'd go to the gym, run races (just 5K & 10K, no marathons), take long bike rides, etc. Lately though, I can't seem to muster the energy to even walk! What is going on?

Exercising gives me more energy overall, but it doesn't make me stay up after I do it...a lot of times I go to the gym fairly late at night (9 or 9:30) and have no problem getting to sleep...
