Is there a special way to keep you wedding dress from getting dirty once you get it home? My friend told me they told her to wrap it in a white sheet. Has anyone ever heard of this. Any suggestions?

thats what my FMIL did w/ mine. wrapped it in white sheets, and then put the garmet bag over it, but left the bottom corner open, so that it could breathe.

I was told just to keep it in the protective drape with it open enough to breath -- mine won't be here for a while though so I can't vouch for the method. It will need to be pressed right before the wedding anyway.
