Re: wedding dress
yes all the time...but i love the way my dress makes me feel and that is what will shine thru that day....so don't stress! If they had their choice we'd be walking down the aisle in some white teddy with stilettos! haha

Re: wedding dress
He's gonna love it b/c you're going to be in your wedding dress marrying him. Plus, all glammed up... don't stress it at all. If you love it he will love it.

Yes, I definitely have thought about that. The only time he has ever commented on someone having a 'really nice dress' was my friend who had a dress with all the pick-ups. For him to even notice a wedding gown is like jaw dropping. All of my other friends may as well have gone in their PJs.
My dress doesn't have pick-ups. And when I start to worry that he won't like it, I think to myself...who the hell cares? I like it! That's what matters! He finds me attractive in sweats and this is way better than sweats!
He's going to think you are beautiful no matter what...you are his bride!

Re: wedding dress
I showed him the online picture. I just wanted to make sure there was nothing that he seriously objected to--not that I thought there would be. If I were getting an unusual dress, I might have been worried. For example, he HATES the Carolina Herrera dress on the cover of the current Martha Stewart Weddings, the one with the black beading and embroidery (my mom and I both love it, BTW.) But my dress is 'normal' for a wedding dress. Anyway, I did worry a little, so I showed him, and he liked it well enough. It wasn't a picture of me in the gown, and I know perfectly well that he wouldn't be able to pick it out in a lineup of wedding dresses two days later. So, now I know he likes it, and it will be totally different when I'm wearing the gown on our wedding day. So if you're worried, and your fiance is anything like mine, you might want to show him. We're going to take pictures before the ceremony anyway so it's not like the ceremony will be the first time he sees it.

Re: wedding dress
I have! But he won't be looking at the details. He'll just be looking at the whole picture of you. At least I hope so....
