Wedding Dress

Hi my name is Giovanna and I am getting married in July of 2003. I found my dress at david's bridal in queens and i am in love with it! I ordered it but what i didnt expect was for it to come in so early. It is here already and they want me to go pick it up. Now i wont be trying it on until feb/march so in the meantime i have to store it in my closet...my question is will the dress loosed it's color? after being in the closet for the 6/7 months??? I have the same problem! I also emailed you but I am posting for others advice for me as well!
I picked up my dress in April 2002 and my wedding is May 2003.
My dress is in a closet, wrapped inside a white sheet, and its inside a david's bridal garment bag. They told me to leave it stored this way with the zipper on the garment bag slightly opened for some air to get it. I also read this on the knot. My dress has been this was for 4 months now and will stay that way till March..I hope mine will be ok!
