wedding dress..

i have what is probably a dumb question, but i don't know the 1st thing about wedding planning so im going to turn to you ladies for basically everything haha..when you find your dress and you put down a deposit do they order it then or wait to pay for it in full?

I am SO behind on everything because we just booked our church last week and got our anniversary date so that we always have the same anniversary. Well obviously thats less than a year away so i feel like we have so much to do in very little time..anddd im freaking out because i don't really know where to go from here...help pleassee

(oh and sorry if this sounds a little scattered im sooo sick today and trying to keep up with our 14 mo. old who's also sick while FH is working)

they order the dress after you put down the deposit,,,i think you pay in full when the dress comes before alterations. Dont worry too much! You do have start planning but you will be fine. I would do the dress asap bc sometimes it takes a while to come in (mine is taking 8 months) After that Id do photog and dj then florist. Good luck and BREATHE! Just focus on one thing at a time. You will be fine!!

ohh thank you soooo much for clearing that up for me!! im a little relieved now..thanks for the advice we are definitely getting on everything right now, just didn't want the dress to not come in time
