wedding dress.

hey all

i have a problem. my wedding is in 88 days so i am running out of time..

I bought my dress... then i returned my dress and bought a different dress ( luckily they let me return the first one)

now i cant return my second dress. but i dont even care because
i found my DREAM dress its a jim hjelm dress and its also way out of my budget...
i was wondering if anyone has any experience with having a seamstress make a replica dress and if so how do you go about this ? does anyone know a great seamstress ? will this cost alot less then the designer dress? and if i were to do this do i have enough time before my wedding to get it??

I dont know how the prices run when you have a seamstress replicate a designer dress. BUt I know a woman who does it in Brooklyn, the name of the place is called CT Bridal. Its on Avenue U and like West 4th or something. She has magic hands. Ive heard of her doing this (making replicas of desginer dresses that came out UNBELIEVABLE!)

its not that i dont love my dress. its pretty its just not THE DRESS

and i am positive that the jim hjelm dress is THE ONE! haha
