Ok..so the dress I want is only made by David's Bridal and Im terrified of using them...the only similiar looking dress I found was Richard glasgow (bethsiar's dress) or Moonlight (Carole Hai) and they are both OUT of my budget....( about $1000 more for the lower priced one)...
Does anyone know of anywhere that sells David Bridal's gowns? I tried that site that had the david bridal knock off's...they dont have this one....
Do I just go with David's and have it altered elsewhere....I know David's dresses come in quick, if I order soon, what do I do with the dress till alteration time?

If you found your dress there, order it, but DEF. have it altered elsewhere!! Because the dresses come in so quick, if, G_D forbid it comes in wrong, you have PLENTY of time to fix it!!

Just purchase the dress there and if you are concerned with having them do the alterations, bring it elsewhere.
I got my dress at the David's in NJ (no sales tax) and I'm having it altered by a seamstress who works out of her home. No reason you have to have it altered there at all!

I here that the dresses at David Bridal are only sold at David's Bridal. I was at the store in NJ, and they messed up on my alterations. If you could, buy the dress at David's and get it altered somewhere else.

sounds good to me, and that's what I'm doing.. If you love the dress GET IT.. the dresses are nice, I have one in my closet and I LOVE IT..

The only thing even close is this Moonlight one from bridesave and its $980 plus tax and shipping and alterations compared to the $649 at Davids? Anyone seen a dress like this one???
