Hi Girls! When I go shopping for a dress, do I just not wear a bra (really I could not wear a bra daily and be fine.. lol).. and regular underwear? Do the women working @ a store come into the fitting room with you? Also, do I need to bring my own high heeled shoes?

The women n the store will help you dress. I would recommend wearing boyshorts and a strapless bra.

You can wear whatever you want ... i'd recommend comfy underwear and, if possible, a strapless bra as MrsG said
As far as shoes, it doesn't matter ... you end up walking around bearfoot until you get it tailored (or at least, that's what i did)
oh, and the people do come into the dressing room to help you put on the dress (but they can't really see you)

I'd wear a bra but you don't necessarily have to. And even if you don't bring one, a lot of bridal salons have them there for you to borrow. Same goes for shoes. Any underwear is fine, if it's a lighter color like nude, white, or light pink it'd be better and don't wear a thong! The saleswoman will definitely be in the dressing room with you. That's part of the reason I'd wear a bra. LOL!
ETA: I didn't wear the shoes I brought with me. You're up on a platform so you can see what it's supposed to look like anyway. And I also fell on my face when I had the shoes on with the sample dresses. They were so big and someone stepped on the train while I was walking back to the dressing room so I fell. Haha!

ITA with the above posts-I brought my own shoes cause I have small feet and I wanted to be able to move around in the dress to see what it looked like.

As far as what to wear I agree with the above posters. Each bridal salon is different, not all help you with the dress if you don't want them too. Bridal Reflections was the only salon that I HAD to have a sales person come in with me and I didn't really care for that, its one thing to help tie up the back, but I'm a big girl and can get into the dress myself or have my mom help me, not a stranger.

I wore leggings and uggs so I wouldnt have to strip to my underwear and a strapless bra. My MOH and my BM help me because we have it down to a science now.

ITA with what everyone else said... wear a strapless bra and reg. underwear or boyshorts. The women at the stores have a 90% chance of coming in the dressing room with you.

I would agree. Wear a strapless bra and full underwear or boyshorts also be clean, lol, one bridal attendant at the store had to pull crinoline down and I wouldn't want anyone around me if I was showered or anything, lol....other than that they should have shoes there but if you already have your wedding day shoes, take them and any DOJ you may have...if not, don't worry they'll accesorize you there...HTH
