I got my dress from Bridal Elegance in Dix Hills. They were a smaller shop and had alot of selection. I would recommend!

I got a bridesmaid dress from Bridal Reflections a few years back and the staff was very rude and not helpful. My MOH who is also getting married next year went to Bridal Reflections last weekend and had a horrible experience. She said the staff lacked experience and refused to help her put on the dresses properly so she could see what they look like. Her aunt had to step in. I've heard Bridal World in Baldwin is great. I have a friend who used them for her bridal gown and she loved them.

my sister got married 3 years ago and we got our dresses at bridal reflections in Massapequa.....NIGHTMARE!!!! 1ST they lost my bridesmaid dress, then it got stuck at 'customs' and finally when it came in, it was 3 inches too short. At first they blamed it on my shoes until I asked for a manager and she had me retry on the sample and realized it was a mistake by manufacture...had to reorder dress and at the end of it all I spent the whole day (8-4) before my sisters wedding out there doing alterations .....HORRIBLE!!!!!
