I need some advice please! My original video package included 3 videos. Now I want DVDs instead of VHS tapes. Does $300 sound like a lot for three DVDs? Keep in mind, this is above and beyond my contracted price of approximately $1,900. I didn't think DVDs were that much more expensive than VHS!

I'm paying way more than that ..
but we are getting chapters - so the wedding can jump from scene to scene. Is that what is included in that $300 price?
I think the DVD is definitely worth it - just think VCRs may be obsolete in like 10 years - but you know what, so will DVDs! HA!
Actually, we watch DVDs over tapes and we have the DVD hooked up to the surround sound and we just thought that for us, it was worth it! Our VCR is old and we don't see a need for a replacement!
Good Luck! :-)

Yes, chapters are included. I just needed a reality check since I really didn't shop around much. It just sounded high...
...and you are right! In ten years we'll all be paying to upgrade our DVDs hahahahaha!

No. Actually, I already paid $1,900. If I want DVDs instead of the VHS tapes I contracted for, it will cost me $200 for the first DVD & $50 for each additional. Total price $2,200.

I paid less than $1900.00 for my videos (VHS) and the cost of DVD is $150.00 non chaptered, but can skip at 6 minute intervals with skip button. The second and third DVD's are only $20.00, even iuf I chapter them

Multimedia. I dealt with Holden. He is wonderful to work with. I contracted with him over a year-1/2 ago, so his prices may have changed slightly (for VHS). The DVD pricing is recent.
