Wedding Extras?

I was planning on doing lots of little extra details... what do you girls think of...

Match Books?

Cocktail Napkins?

Customized tags on the silver bells?

Customized lables on the bubbles?

Customized ribbon on the favors?

The only one I think is worth it is the ribbons on the favors.

I just went to a wedding and they had their names on EVERYTHING...a couple of women in the ladies room were giggling at the guest towels that were in there (paper napkins) that said, 'Jane and John',
the women were saying 'OKAY, JANE, we know it's YOUR wedding'

IMO, I think it's frivolous. But if I were to do any of those, I would do the cocktail napkins... that's where most of the guests at my wedding will be hanging out at....THE BAR! lol

I think the only one I would add would be the ribbon on the favors. Napkins and matchbooks get thrown out and bubbles won't even make it to the reception (If I am assuming correctly that you are using them after your ceremony).

The favors will be kept (we all hope anyway! ).

I agree I'd just do the ribbon on the favors. To do it all seems overkill IMO.

Ribbons on the favors only. Everything else is a waste of money.

We did the cocktail napkins. It was a waste of money. I would do none of them.

I think the ribbons and the napkins are cute. I was thinking of getting the napkins and putting them at the bars for the CH and the reception.

I have to say the only thing that I am doing on that list is the matchbooks. My mom really wants them and she has all the matchbooks from so many weddings. She usually throws out the favors and saves the matches because they are usful.
