Re: Wedding Facial
I went for my first facial in the beginning of April - my skin gets super dry in the colder months - and I had breakouts for about a month following. This was a facial that included extractions, so that might have been why. Have you ever had one before? I'd definitely speak with a facialist to see what they think. When I told the girl who did mine that I was engaged, she said that I should not get one within two months before the wedding day because of how my skin reacted to the extractions. She said that a moisturizing one would be fine - anything that didn't include peels or extractions. But that was in regard to my skin type. Go for a consult and see what they recommend! If anything, book a nice massage instead - destressing always does wonders for the skin.

Re: Wedding Facial
Yeah, I've heard that it's not good to get facials too close to the wedding because you don't know how your face will react.

I would not recommend getting a facial so close to your wedding. You never know how your skin may react.

Re: Wedding Facial
If you've never gotten a facial before, you're too close to the wedding to start now. If you've had one before and your skin reacts well to one, then you should get one about 2 weeks prior to the wedding (no closer than that). Otherwise, your make-up artist can just cover any flaws. Even with perfect skin, you'll be wearing make-up on your wedding day.

Re: Wedding Facial
I got mine 2 weeks before to the day. I had the same one this past March though to make sure I wouldn't react to it.
