Wedding Favor Donations

What are some charities that provide cards or scrolls explaining the donations to guests?

American Diabetes & National Parkinson's foundation does provide cards & scrolls explaining the donation

I think the Make A Wish Foundation does this.

St. Judes CHildrens Research Hospital.....they sent me a beautiful scroll explaining the donation.
