Wedding Favors

Has anyone given any thoughts to guest favors? I am having a summer wedding
and looking for options to give to the guests. Any ideas welcome!

We're probably going to give a bottle of wine or an ice cream scoop. We haven't decided yet. We're also hoping to give a small box of See's chocolates.

Go to wrapwithus.com, the great thing about them is their warehouse is located in Syosset, so you don't have to order the stuff online, you can go in person and look through everything (you just have to get over the fact that everything is cluttered together and it's a bit overwhelming looking through all the stuff they have).

We are getting married right after christmas so we are giving snowman ornaments to go with the whole winter theme.

These are two that I like, but I can't choose, I'm leaning towards the godiva's because they look so elegant and they are SO GOOD

I do like the suncatcher because of the little note card it comes with

gmnst15- a friend of mine did the same thing with her winter wedding. I can tell you every year I use that ornament on my tree and I always think of them. great idea.

jznck-I thought about Godiva too also went to the Godiva outlet in Woodbury commons they provide favors as well and a little cheaper than going to a regular Godiva store. You should check it out.

My wedding is in May of 05 and I am doing bottles of wine from Martha Clara Vineyards. We're doing bottles of their Rose, our favorite, and they do personalized labels with our picture on it.

The wine is another fun idea.

Hi. having a summer wedding myself... in june. We're thinking of frames or mini albums(wallets). they double to be used for pics or for table cards.
Couple sites i found helpful:

i think we are probably going to go with this ice cream scoop...and we are also going to give out candy because I LOVE CANDY! so I have to have it as a part of my day!!

My avatar is my favor. I am handing out 'glass' slippers with almonds in them and all wrapped up!!!!

Possibly on a small pillow in the BM color.

We are doing terra cotta flower pots with seeds... i may decide to paint them a different color (if I'm in the mood).. I will put some sort of flower seed in them.. haven't decided yet and will wrap them up..
