Re: wedding favors
we are either giving bottles or wine or champagne!!
other options are bud vases, bottle openers, coasters, donations to a charity, picture frames...
i can't think of any other

Re: wedding favors
I am having a friend from HS make cookies. She has a bakery. I'm also having her do our RD cake.

Re: wedding favors
I REALLY wanted a photo booth (the carnival kind) but it's 2K and that's a bit pricey for us for favors. We're jsut doing hershey kisses in a box. Other than small neutral style picture frames, I don't even think anyone ever uses or even thinks about wedding favors after the night is over. Some people do an ice cream scoop or coasters, or a small measuring tape (check exclusivelyweddings.com).

Re: wedding favors
Do something edible, drinkable or give to a charity (that's what we are doing, and putting a little story about our chrairy on each table) most other favors I throw out...

Re: wedding favors
I think i want to do edible favors, just because i feel like people will throw out or not use a favor not useful to them (like if my FH got a candle for instance LOL)... I like the idea of the big wedding cookies, i think they go for about $6 each (well the bakery i checked anyway).
Donations are also very popular as well.

I think a donation is a great way to go. It actually makes a difference in someone's life...rather than the favor that ends up in the trash.

Re: wedding favors
Originally I was doing a donation with some hershey kisses. But now I think I should do something nicer for my guests. I feel they traveled all this way and spend a lot of $, I should give them something nice like a bottle of wine. I don't know though.

Re: wedding favors
I agree...I think doing something ebidle/drinkable is a good idea or giving to a charity. That's what we are probably going to do. I'm still looking into stuff but so far i'm thinking either the make a wish foundation or doing personalized tea bags and honey jars (because fh and i love tea and hunny) lol.
