I went to try on my gown for the first time and my worst fears came true...... it din't fit! I'm freaking out and I'm so sad. I gained 5 lbs, but I never thought my dress wasn't going to fit.
Edited to say: I called RK Bridal and told them I has really nervous about the dress not fitting and I was stressed out. They told me to come in and I tried on my gown again, it still did, but after some convincing they ordered me a bigger size. I think they realized they messed up. I will come in next week. I will post pictures when I get it. Thanks girls.

You have plenty of time to drop the five pounds, don't worry about it.

Re: wedding gown drama!
Since you are not getting married until 8/28, you have plenty of time to lose those 5 pounds... try not to worry too much. Just watch what you eat and the weight will come off..

Re: wedding gown drama!
I'm going to work on getting some weight off. And I'll probably be ok, I was just very disappointed. I was planning on posting pics instead of whinning. And the lady said worst case scenario we could somehow add material from the shawl on the back.

Re: wedding gown drama!
Don't stress...the same thing happened to me, however, I didn't have as much time as you do to drop the weight off. I actually needed them to let the dress out an inch....
You can totally pull this off, don't stress....

Re: wedding gown drama!
You can do it....I'm actually not looking forward to my dress fitting in 2 weeks b/c I think it might be tight too! But like everyone said ....we BOTH have time and can use this to our advantage as motivation!!!!!!
