Hey ladies! How much time is safe to leave for bridal fittings before the wedding? how many days before the wedding should your last fitting be?
My dress hasnt come in yet but its scheduled to leave china june15th. Its going to take about a month to go through customs so i guess my dress should arrive july 15th. My wedding is october 9th. Is this good timing or very close?? Thanks!

I think your last fitting is usually 2 weeks before the wedding..i lied to the bridal shop about my date..i said it was 2 weeks earlier than it really is..just in case

MY Wedding is Oct 3rd and the salon isn't scheduling first fitting until the begining of August..you should def have enough time and be fine.

Your first fitting is usually 7 to 8 weeks before your wedding day and the last fitting should be 2 weeks before your wedding day

You should leave 6-8 weeks for fittings. My last fitting was 10 days before the wedding, and I picked up the dress 2 days before.

You should be fine! my wedding is 9/5 and my dress isn't even here yet!

thanks ladies..! I m begining to feel better. IDK my bridal shop wasnt really that clear on explaining when my first fitting and last fittign would be. Its like i just make the 50% deposit anddissapear out of my life for a couple of months and wait for them to get back to me..ha ha ha. Well..thats how i felt anyways
