Wedding gown in color other than white....

Anyone doin this? For example, having a goldish gown or having a diff color sash or something?

And i'm not talkin about an off white color that to me still looks white... I mean a noticeably diff colored gown

My top choice right now is called natural. Sorry, still whiteish.

Go with Champagne. That looks really nice against fair complexions. You look tan though- I could see you in off white and looking good in it.

My wedding is in Aug and I know me... by the time aug rolls around i am reallllly dark... You can see a pic of me in the album of me n fh where i'm in a white bikini .... i def do get dark enough to pull off white.... Im actually white as hell during the winter so i gess the darker color would work better if i was having a winter wedding huh?

i just wanted to see a diff color cuz i hate being 'the same' as so many others.... i have issues i know...

I am like that too- always wanting to be different. I picked a weird engagement ring so no one else would have it! And, yea- I totally see what you are saying- go with something simple or keep looking until you find that something that catches your eye.

ohh nooo thats way too drastic for me mom would keel over... maybe i should just stick with the white since i could pull it off but aim for a weirder lookin style.... hmmmf ....

my skin color screams 'wear a white or ivory dress'. i don't think i can do anything darker i totally think you should though!! it's so nice to be able to break tradition and do your own thing!

because im pretty much dark all year round ummm if you wanna look darker at your wedding go with the white or slightly off white dress

the champagne or wine color will blend more with your darker skin tone.....at least that's what i was told

GO for whatever you like when you try it on
You may want to walk by a window to see what it looks in the sunlight rather than the flourescent lighting also.....that will give you a true glimpse as to what it will look like in pics



Oh and mazz we aer so having a tanning contest this summer!
