Wedding Guest List

Is everyone or did everyone use Excel for their guest list??

We did....made it really easy to mail merge our addresses, and also have easy totals of who was coming and who wasn't....we even entered gifts in there

I think I am using the format where you make labels and I can print them anytime I want for Save the Dates and thank yous.

Yup - and I also have my budget, to do list and vendor list on the same spreadsheet.

Oh yes! It;s been SO helpful to figure out counts, keep track of RSVPs, address stuff...oh I love excel. I actually also opened a google docs spreadsheet and we keep all of our lists and addresses in there so we can access the files from anywhere.

I am. I think it is easier to use mail merge with excel. I used this for my e party and found it easy to keep track of gifts and thank yous that I sent and needed to send.
