we just went over our invite list and I am not sure what to do..we have to guarantee 110 people and right now we have 140 but alot of them I know wont be coming I thought we had more people what do we do? or should we do anything because what if everyone decides they are coming how many people should we invite over the guarantee???

We needed 125 and our original list was like 110-115...so we sat down and went over it again...in detail..really thought about people and our list now is at 209!!! We actually will have a B list in case we get a lot of yes's!!!

Having a B list is a good idea. Send out your invites early to those 140 people, and have a B list ready as the No's come in. Make sure you leave enough time before the response date though.
