Wedding Hair and Makeup

Good Afternoon Brides,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good hairstylist and makeup artist who is really good and resonable in pricing?

It depends on what you consider reasonable. Do you have a price range in mind? That might help people because what's reasonable to one person may be ridiculously high to another.

I am using Oksana for Make up and Jenn from the Hair genie for hair... they were both a pleasure to work with at my trial...they are both vendors on here...

My hair person is charging $100pp. I have 6 people! If someone knows of someone cheaper that will come to your house, please let me know. Am I getting screwed?

I used Oksana and Jenn as well, and they were amazing.

JLP, I know that Jenn charges $100 for the bride and $75 for BM if they want an updo, or $40 for a blowout.

i just had my hair and make up trial with jillian from gorgeous faces and sarah rock for hair- they were great

Jacqueline Nicole for makeup is amazing and worth every penny! She also has a few hair people that you can use as well and they all work well together!

Jillian from Georgeous faces did my makeup and she was amazing. FM me if you want to know how much she charged me and my sisters.

I used Denise from Through the looking glass for hair. It's a small shop in Ronkonkoma. She came to my hotel that morning and she did a great job and was EXTREMELY reasonable.

My makeup cost more than my hair, that's how reasonable she was. I would totally recommend her.

Jillian & Sarah were my makeup/hair people too and they were amazing! I didn't think their prices were bad at all, especially since they came to my hotel at 6 AM. The prices that they charged my bridesmaids were not too bad eitherI've paid more and I've paid less (in other states, not NY). I think they were very reasonable, especially for the excellent work that they do!
