I am literally pulling my hair out trying to find a hairstylest that will travel to do mine and my bridesmaid's hair. Each place wants to charge almost $400 just for hair and that does not include travel fees. My wedding is on a Sunday, so thats another reason for the extra charge. Someone please give me advice on where to turn

Try Hair Sculpting by Renee the trials are at her house but she comes to you day of. I think she charges 145 for the bride and 85 for BMs

Someone on here recommended I speak to Gina at the Ultimate Look Salon in Farmingdale. I had never been there before, but called and asked her if she does weddings. I went there with a cutout from a magazine of what I wanted and she did a full cut and blowout trial for me with my headpiece and it was perfect! She was very reasonably priced and came to the hotel at 6 am on the morning of our wedding to do my hair. Her prices vary, but she was totally able to work with me and made it reasonable. She's completely professional and did a great job! I love the way my hair turned out.

Thank you guys so much! I love using theknot.com or weddingchannel but they don't give too many options for wedding hair and makeup. I was getting frustrated at the thought of spending $400 for just having my hair down and curled

Gabriel from Gorgeous Bride NY did the hair for my wedding. I had to go to the city for my trial, but he came to me for the day of.
For my sister's wedding, Sioux Dexter did everyone's hair. She came to us for the day of, also.

In my opinion, you should be able to negotiate MORE on a Sunday. There is less chance they have other work/weddings on a Sunday so you should be able to get cheaper. Since I'm getting married on a Sunday, most vendors have been more negotiable.
