Wedding Hook-ups!

Two questions --

1.) are you trying to set up anyone, hope or know of two singles that two you know hook up at your Wedding? (makes for terrific gossip.. lol)

2.) have you had an planned or unplanned wedding hook-up?


Answers 4 me --

1.) almost everyone's coupled. no chance.
2.) yes.. it was pretty much planned.

1. Most of our friends are single. Some of my FH friends even asked to be invited without guest so they can hook up with my single friends. I have a few I am planning on introucing.

2. No.

1) Trying to find somebody for my one male friend
2) No

1) My wedding is Saturday, and I'm trying to hook up two of my friends. She saw his picture a while ago and was into it, but I just showed it to her again, and she's sort of like 'not so much.' We'll see...The best man and a BM are going together and sharing a room (they're friends) but you never know what can happen after a night of drinking, we're all keeping our fingers crossed...LOL

2) No.

1) They are single so the motto is as follows 'Here's to being single, seeing double and sleeping triple'

2) Yes and as usual I got really drunk and he did not find it attractive...his loss

I never heard that one before.. but it made me laugh The triple part is only cool if it's two girls.


I'm terrible.

I have a friend coming who MAKES OUT WITH EVERYONE when she is drunk! Ok, not really, but you know what I mean. I call her the kissing bandit. So of course she will hook up with someone at my wedding.

But no, I never have hooked up at a wedding. My friends only recently started getting married - they usually just live in sin forever.

My friend meets me every eyar at a particular bar on St. Patrick's Day and sure enough, byt the end of the night she's kissed 'because they are Irish' about 5 guys. I used to want to die of embarrassment but now I just laugh.

We did not try to set anyone up at our wedding for there were not many people to be setup. However, one of our GM and a friend of ours (whose date decided not to show up - so she was single) hung out the whole night and we were very happy about that. Unfortunately, he drank alot that night (he never drinks much at all) and didn't leave a great impression....But the funny part months before our wedding we had hoped to set them up and he missed his chance by not showing up at the bar but she was there and we had hyped him up. They are very similar people and thought they would be great together...it didn't work out. But now they are both happily dating someone else!!!

We also had a unexpected encounter in the handicap bathroom - it was a married couple that you'd be shocked to see leaving a bathroom together...they are usually so prim and proper and stuffy but was found leaving the bathroom together all smiles....

1. Most of our guests are already coupled off.

2. when my MOH got married last year she did not realize exactly how I felt about FH (at that time we had been dating only 5 months -- he could not attend the wedding, he was working) and she tried to hook me up with one of the GM. No chance though, my heart was already somewhere else.
