Re: Wedding Insomnia

Wish I could help. Looking at your date tells the big reason why you're having trouble sleeping. You can try Simply Sleep -- it helps me. And just think, soon your big day will be here and you can finally get some shut-eye. Hang in there!

Re: Wedding Insomnia

I've been having some trouble getting to sleep lately. I've been so busy during the day that when I lay down all I can think about is what I have to do next. But I found a trick. Get yourself a book and read while you're in bed. It always puts me to sleep, never fails.

Re: Wedding Insomnia

i didnt sleep for the last month... then last week, after we picked up the marriage license, i CRASHED. i slept from 545-930pm woke up and went back to sleep from midnight-8am. since then, i've been sleeping fine again. Also, this past weekend, we got almost everything done. I think once you have all of the most important thing (and all those *little* things done), you'll be fine, b/c your mind wont be racing as much as to What you have to get done

Re: Wedding Insomnia

I sleep most of the night, but once the alarm goes off for FH, my brain shifts into overdrive and starts thinking about everything I need to do! And I used to sleep so well up until the last couple weeks.

Su(ks cause FH sleeps soundly all night.

Re: Wedding Insomnia

My wedding is pretty far away but I stay awake at night for hours thinking about the place cards, menu's, donations cards and how I will place these on the tables.
About the centerpieces and table numbers/names and how they will look together.
About candles and fireplace decorations. About having enough food at the c-tail hour. About running out of beer. About having enough time/daylight to take pictures. I don't think I'm gonna sleep for months before the wedding!

I just try to drink plenty of water and Tylenol PM is always great for sleeping. At least that's what my doctor recommends.
