Wedding Invitation Question - what is proper?

My fiance's mom is divorced and is bringing her new boyfriend to the wedding. They do not live together. I read in a magazine that I should send the invitation to the boyfried and his own home. Is this correct?
I don't plan on printing anything on the inner envelopes, so I can't write 'and guest' on it...too late...already ordered the invitations.
...my fiance's mom already said she's brining her boyfriend to the wedding, so I'm assuming she'll include his name on the RSVP no matter what I do...

I wouldn't send an invite to the boyfriend, he is covered under the mother's invite even though they do not live together. Save yourself an invitation and the stamp.
