All the ones you've mentioned we're doing.
The popes a pain though. You need to do it through your church or directly to the vatican. I've not done this yet as my church is not where we're getting married and i'm not so comfortable asking the priest marrying us as we've only met him once.
We're thinking of doing the queen of england as well, and possibly the prince and duchess, if we can find their correspondence address since my FI is british.

You can get the flag hanging in albany on your wedding day too from what I remember. sheesh it's been a long time since I've looked this up. i totally forgot!
