Not easy to hear, but things happen for a reason, better now than later.

sorry to hear the news. Perhaps things will work out. Not too long ago I gave my engagement ring back and called the whole thing off.
Things did end up working out, and I hope they work out for you as well!! Maybe right now just isn't the right time yet.
