What kind of jewelry is everyone wearing? Can someone recommend something different besides pearls? It wouldn't go with my dress.

Re: Wedding Jewelry...
your dress is beautiful. and it seems to be ornate on it's own. pearls aren't going to look right. IMO. i have to tell you - i think I would skip any necklace! You could wear pretty droplet type earrings. Or - do you wear a cross or any other religious symbol? Maybe something tiny - like the little 'bubble' cross at Tiffany - I think it's about $75 (colud be wrong on the price) Let me know what you decide on!

Re: Wedding Jewelry...
I'm only wearing diamond studd earrings and my engagement/wedding band. My dress is strapless, but my veil has crytals in it and so does my tiara. I don't want to take away from the dress.
Your dress is beautiful and I agree...you really don't need much. What is your veil and headpiece like?

Re: Wedding Jewelry...
My dress is strappless with beading along the top edge, plus a large & ornate rhinestone/crystal tiara..
I'm wearing small diamond earrings, no necklace, and a large rhinestone braclet (1 1/2 inches wide) -- plus e-ring & w-ring obviously.
If you're interested in costume jewlery pieces, I recommendEmerald City They sell pieces from the 1930s & 50s that were designed to look like real diamond jewelry...

Re: Wedding Jewelry...
I am going to wear a diamond pendant that my mother had made from the diamond from her e-ring (my parents are divorced). I haven't seen it yet (I'm getting it at my shower), but it will be my something old. I am also wearing diamond earrings that my grandma is giving me as my something new. Of course I will wear my e-ring and my wedding band.
I had no clue what to wear either (my dress was very similar to yours)...I have a scar on my ear that I wanted to cover up and I couldn't find any earrings to do so...without spending a fortune...
I went to Target of all places and found cubic zircona earrings for $10 and people actually commented on how nice they were)...I also while at Target bought a silver charm bracelet ($6) and a $2 blue toe ring!!
for a necklace...I had a high neck and didn't need one, but I wore my moms ering on a silver chain (hers was platinum)
