Wedding Last Night! WM - Aimerlena01
OK.. so I promised A LOT of pics! I HATE to say this... and I'm soooo sorry... but I forgot my camera at home ![]()
To make up for that I'm posting a detailed review!
But I have all the pics from a co-workers camera... so I will post those for you.
So the CH was sooo nice! They were supposed to have 2 rooms... but since there wasn't another party going on... they gave them 3 rooms for it! there was different food in each room. It was very nice. kinda like a lil maze! Ha ha.. so cute! She had a mashed potato bar... which was sooo good! I also had a fahita which was sooo good! That's all I ate.. but there was a pasta station. And everyone I was with loved the CH food.
Then we went into the reception room... she had high and low CP's of all red roses... they SMELLED sooooo goood! The whole room smelled of roses! I never smelled a room like that before! As the food and all came out the smell died down a little bit. But it really was a nice fragrance.
The ONLY food I didn't like was the salad.... and that was because there was a huge piece of prochutto (can't spell that) over it and the lettuce was too leafy... but all the REST of the food was FABULOUS! i didn't even try the salad... I just know I don't like that kind of meat. FH didn't either (he is a pickier eater than I am!). Then there was some pasta dish... SOOOO GOOOD!... and we had the Amaretto Filet Mignon.... EXCELLENT by the way. Someone had duck (i'f never be that bold to even try that) and he really enjoyed it. There was a choice of like 7 entrees! Lots of choices! that was nice to have! There was some really good cookies and cream ice cream cake.... and then their cake... i don't know what it was but it was really good.
The room was really nice... all the rooms were nice. Everything was clean, the waiters were good. the bartenders were good. I liked one better than the other one... when this one bartender made my drink I don't think the proper ingredients were in it but the other was good. The rest of the people I was with had NO PROBLEM with their drinks from either bartender. It was just me... but I'm a picky drinker (if you put grapefruit juice in my drink I CAN'T drink it!) as well as eater. ha ha ha!
The Valet was very fast... didn't even have to wait long for the car at all!
The bar was open and there were people hanging out there... not too crowded. Actually I didn't notice anyone from anywhere else there. Remember there was only one party going on... but with the people in the bar... it didn't matter at all.
I think there was only one bathroom for the whole place? So the party and the bar area... but to tell you the truth.. i didn't have to wait for a stall... no line... nothing like that. The bathroom is cute because the sinks are in each stall... so it's kINDA like using your own private bathroom. Very cute!
Ha ha.. in the beginning of the reception FH turns to me and says...'that sounds like our DJ'. To which my reply was to brush him off... and I made some sort of comment like 'they probably all sound like that... lets get a drink'. Ha ha.. so FF like 3 hours... and they are doing the garter toss and stuff... I look and who is there? FRANK from FM ENTERTAINMENT! ha ha ha! I was like OMG, IT'S OUR DJ!!!! i couldn't belive it! The bride and I NEVER even talked about DJ's! Oh and by the way... FRANK and whoever the DJ was... did an AMAZING job. people were up an dancing al night long. It was a good mixture of misic! they did a great job!
The Bride looked gorgeous! Just had to put that out there! She really looked like she was having a blast! Although I didn't see her drinking at all... she was very happy! Ha ha! Even when her bustle fell out... she was still gleaming and happy... it was nice to see. She didn't looked stressed or any of that one bit! Oh and the Groomsmen wore converse sneakers (black ones with white)... it was sooooo cute! Loved it! That was a great touch! It really looked cute when it was all together. I recognize that wouldn't be for everyone.... but it really worked perfetly and I so LOVED IT! Hmm.. what else can I think of?? ha ha.. uh... I don't know if I have anymore. ha ha ha. but it was a great time! WM was wonderful!
