What is the best approach for my MOH to ask the bridal party for money for the bachelor party and bridal shower? An email survey? A meeting? A phone call? Any suggestions would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance.

I would do an email introducing herself and basically laying everything out in writing (and so that everyone gets the same info and she doesn't leave anything out) so that nothing gets confused and it's in black and white. If people don't respond, then I would move to a text. If a text doesn't work then I would end with a phone call.
