This question has probably been asked a billion times but Where do we go to get our license? We live in New Hyde Park, where is the closest place we can go? TIA

You have to go to whatever town hall is close....not sure what's the closest to you. We went to town of Brookhaven in Farmingville....

i believe each town or city hall does it. We went to city hall in Long Beach. You have to go on the towns website and check the hours that they do it. You need to bring your birth certificate and drivers license (or passport) and $40 cash. HTH!

YOu can go to Port Washington to the towns clerk. It took me no longer then 10 minutes to get one there and there was no line. Great Experience! right before the port washington train statin on plandome road
