can someone please tell me what forms of ID and how many types of ID i must bring to get my marriage license? TIA!

i went in queens and all we needed was our drivers license. In LI many places ask you for a license and birth certificate, but outside of LI, such as queens, manhattan you only need DL

I went to Hempstead and it was drivers liscense and birth certificate

Also, on the licensee form there is an area to change your last name. I didn't know and it caught me off-guard.
