wedding license question

My fiancee and I are from out of state and are getting married in Sept in Suffolk County - do you know if we both need to go together to get the marriage license or can just one of us go? Thanks for your help!

Both you guys need to go and from when we went, we were told we needed 2 forms of Id. So verify that with them!
