I went a little over on my guests for my allowed amount for my RH. It is only 10 and can only invite 240. What is the average amount of people they say that won't show up. I know every wedding is different but I need to sleep better at night and not stress- I hope it is at least 20 people. Thanks girls.
they say usually 20% of your guests invited will decline... not true in all cases of course but i am inviting 20% more than my minimum just in case :)
usually its about 20 people or so who wont show up.... it really depends on who you invite and how close they are to you and ur FH and families... you should be fine though
you should be ok with not going over the number that will fit in your room. my brother and SIL invited 160 and only had 125 show up
i invited 188 and i believe im at 140 now...a couple of people have been calling me last minute telling me they cant make it

wow just thinking about all this and seeing you girls who have sent out invited and got at least 30 to 40 people respond no is really freaking me out, lol.. we garanteed in our hall 175 people, so i was actually thinking of sending out invited to at least 230 people?? so at least if i am counting with at least 20 to 30 people saying no we will still have those 175 we have garanteed.. i hope we have at least 175 and not less, i will be very dissapointed if we get less than 175 as our final count!!
