Just wondering..... are most people getting wraps for their wedding or just going with a regular manicure on natural nails?
My nails are very healthy and on the stronger side so I don't 'need' wraps, I just like the look of them because they tend to look more substantial.

Re: wedding nails
I already have fake acrylic nails for a while now so I will just get a french painted on for the big day!!!

Re: wedding nails
Going to have silk wraps on my natural nails - that way the polish will stay well into my honeymoon and I won't have to worry about my nails feeling thick to me.

Re: wedding nails
I actually just got wraps on and I love them. The woman made them very very short and thin -so you actually can't even tell I have wraps on. She did permament pink and white on a wrap-not the acrylic and I love them. But my regular nails (even with weekly manicures) are very brittle and break easily. So I'll probably keep them just like this for the wedding.

Regular Mani. Every time I do wraps, I regret it the next day. Too much upkeep. I like being able to run in and get a manicure at my leisure. You could always do a Gel manicure for your wedding. It's kind of in between the two.

My nails break so easily. I'm going to start going for gel manicures to strengthen them before the wedding.

I honestly have no idea what to do!!!!!! I have nice nails that grow fast and are strong but I'm sure the week of the wedding I'll chip them, bite them, destroy them w/ stress....but I don't like tips....any advice?!
you can get a gel manicure on your regular nails that will basically add strength to them, you can get it done a little before your wedding so that your nails are long, and then have it done again right before the wedding when they are the 'right' length for you.
this is what i do, every 2-3 weeks

Re: wedding nails
definitely french manicure on natural nails....I love my nails, except when the break! I've had people think my nails are fake before....never had anything but natural nails in my life
