Wedding nanny

Alot of my friends have kids and im worried about them bring their kids because its 'no kids allowed'. Do you think i should invest in a wedding day nanny for someone to watch the kids in the bridal suite? Do you think the reception hall would even allow that? Youd probably still have to pay for the kids right??

I'd have the invitations say adults only. It would not be right if they bring their kids to a 'no kids' reception.

This is the same thing me and FH have been going back and forth on. We arent inviting people with ther kids. But Fh's niece and nephew are our ring bearer and flower girl and his brother has a baby and I dunno if they will be able to get a babysitter since they live in Cali and all of the people they know who can watch her will be at our wedding. My RH has a room for the children to play in and watch tv. I figured we will figure it out when we find out who exactly is and isn't coming. Also, if it ends up these people have to being their kids, make sure they are comfortable with leaving them with someone. It would be a waste that you paid for a nanny and they don't use him/her.

If the kids come, the RH will probably let them stay in the bridal suite under supervision (at my RH they even have a TV in the suite which they specifically said was to entertain little ones and keep them out of our hair), but I imagine they would still make you pay for them. :/
