How much are you paying for your wedding night hotel room? And where are you staying? What kind of package are you getting? I need to know because FH just (finally ) booked our suite and I think the price is out of control but I'm not sure if it's average!

Only because we're getting married at a hotel is our room free but the average price BEFORE the adjustment for the OOT guests was $150. We got them to give our guests the rooms for $119 because there are so many people staying.

We are staying at the Garden City Hotel in a suite & getting the honeymoon package. It is about $500 for the night. I am staying in the hotel the night before too with my sister and my mom (different room then our HM suite).

Reserved a block of rooms at the Huntington Hilton... they give you a discount on suites for the bride and groom. We chose the jr. suite for 189/night with complimentary breakfast and champagne. Yum.

We pricelined our room and got the Huntington Hilton for $70, but they upgraded us to a Junior Suite! Showing up in your dress really works!

We are staying at the Huntington Hilton in the junior suite for $189. This includes champagne in the room, breakfast in bed and a late checkout.

The Wingate in Garden City (Stuart Ave) showed us the big suite.. oh my GOD it was HUGE!!!
We nearly stayed there but decided against it. I think it was quoted less than that though. *shrug* not by a lot.

We're just getting a regular king-sized room at the Courtyard Mariott in Ronkonkoma where the rest of our guests are staying. We're paying $99 and that includes breakfast the next morning which we figure we can meet up with some of our guests.
We booked the lounge for the after-wedding party. And we both figure we'll be too exhausted to take advantages of a suite -- all we need is the bed anyway....

We booked the largest suite at the Huntington Hilton. I am also staying here the night before the wedding since I have to get dressed there, take photos, etc.
It is described as a '2 room circular shaped room, a separate bedroom area and living room area.'
Because we blocked rooms for our guests at the Hilton, this suite is costing us $239 . A lot of money, IMO .. but FH really wanted to splurge on this, and who was I to say 'NO'
Exactly what I'm doing. How funny! We're having almost identical weddings!!

WEAR YOUR DRESS TO CHECK IN. If they have it, they'll upgrade you, at least that's what happened to me.

We are staying at the Garden City Hotel. I don't know how much it is costing b/c we received it as a freebie w/ our photographer package.
I am a travel agent and if you have OOT guests staying at the same hotel they will cut you a deal. I put all my OOT towners at the same hotel I had alot and they discounted my suite and gave me a free shuttle bus to and from the reception. The WIngate Inn in Garden City is very nice and accomodating. If you need more info let me know.

we stayed at the white house on high street in port jefferson - we booked the inn - the bridesmaids stayed with me the night before and we spent our wedding night there. georgeous place
