Wedding Night Suggestions?

We thought we'd stay at the Garden City Hotel but I just called and they are already booked on are wedding night . Can anyone suggest a hotel in Nassau that is on par with the Garden City Hotel?

i don't know if it's 'on par' with the garden city, but i've heard the roslyn claremont is supposed to be really nice...

The Claremont is very nice, but I stayed there the night before my wedding and it was not pleasant. There was another wedding going on there and the music was pounding until 1:00 AM. If you do decide to stay there, ask if anything else if scheduled for the night, and if so, request to be on an upper floor. I also felt like they didn't care too much about me or my guests, because we were not having our wedding there, and we only took up a few rooms.

If I had to do it again, I would have spent the $ on a suite at the Wingate, JMO.

I stayed at the Roslyn Claremont on my wedding night and we stayed in a suite on one of the top floors so I dont think you would hear any noise from an event on the first floor. I know there was a wedding there the night I stayed there and I didnt hear anything. The room we were in was beautiful. THere was a room with a fireplace and the bedroom had a huge king sized canopy bed. If was very romantic. I would go and check it out.
