Wedding Nightmares

I have read posts where brides to be start having dreams and nightmares as the wedding day approaches. Well I have been having at least one over the past few weeks. It is so scary.

This weekend I dreamt that it was pouring cats and dogs on my wedding day morning. (I am having an outdoor ceremony). Then I dreamt that my family was lounging, sitting around taking their time to get dressed and it was already 30 minutes past the time that we should have been at the hall. To top it off, NO ONE in my entire family had a razor. I had somehow forgotten to shave under my arms and was MORTIFIED!!! All of the stores were closed and I couldnt even find a .99 cents store to buy a quick razor. Can you believe that. I was so nervous and embarrassed.
I starting crying and my family just ignored me and said I was having bridal anxiety and needed to calm down.

I told Fh this story and he said that I am just worried that things are not going to be ready by that day. I guess I am starting to feel overwhelmed.

Am I going crazy here? Or are any of you ladies experiences nightmares like this. I can only imagine what I will dream about the night before the wedding. Ugghhhh

Pray for me please

LOL!!!!! I had a dream last week that I was late for the ceremony and couldn't find a way to get there... and then get this, I didn't even have a dress!!!! I had nothing to wear to my wedding. I think I woke up in a pool of sweat

LOL Thats funny!! OK, I dont feel too bad then.

I had one last night .... I didn't have enough
time to do my hair and I forgot my veil and i took a taxi to the ceremony.
I laughed about it in my dream saying oh well I guess they weren't that important.........

I had a dream a couple of weeks ago that it was the day of the wedding and I kept telling my mom as I was getting ready that I forgot to do something. Then it occured to me that I had forgotten to send out my invitations!!

Needless to say I woke up all upset!!

Come to think of it - that's probably why I ordered my invites so early

Latrice I have one like at least once a week of horrible things like no dress or some of the bridal party does'nt show up and so forth.

I had one b4 I got engaged that the ring was ugly green (not emerald) and maybe the ugliest piece of cr@p I ever saw so when he proposed I wouldn't open the box!

Of course it was gorgeous.

One wedding nightmare was similar to most. I was at the ceremony in my PJs and so was everyone else! And I had to pee really bad!

I have a had a few bad ones recently.. One where my FH fell asleep during the ceremony and I walked out on him!! Yikes

Another one where it was like 2 days before the wedding and the priest didn't want to marry us because he didn't know who we were.

The third was weird, and similar to one that you had, where no one was trying to get ready on time and i was trying to rush and everyone was like relax and I was rushing and rushing and woke up in a cold sweat panicking!!

Usually some of these means I have to take care of something (like meeting with the priest). Don't worry about it. It happens to us all.

I have not even started my offical wedding planning and already I am having wedding nightmares.....

Last night I had a dream that I didn't even order my flowers. .

I had to rush the day before the wedding
to a mom and pop place to see what they could pull together for me.
