Both my Fiance and I have not been religious and have not been affliated with a Temple since our bat/bar mitzvahs. Does anyone know of a good rabbi that would perform a reform ceremony?

Rabbi Alan Block. He's a very nice, reformed Rabbi, who is semi-retired and only doing weddings now. His fees are reasonable, and he is very accomodating. He will fashion your ceremony with any 'extras' you may want. Some Rabbis won't do that. He is very modern and flexible.
