I have 9 BM who will be walking with the GM down the aisle. I also have 2 FG & 2 RB. Do they go right before me? Or does my MOH? What is the norm?

We were told the FG and RB went before the MOH. That's what we did. But, it's your call. Do what you want.

I want my sister (MOH) to walk before me but doesn't the FG's throw the flowers (my church allows it) for the bride to walk on? So it doesn't look silly that the MOH walks on the rose petals?

The bridal party goes first.... bm and gm's then comes the matron of honor if you haveone then the maid of honor... then the flower girl IF YOUR HAVING ONE ... .... and then comes YOU!!!

The wedding etiquette book I have puts the BM & GM, then MOH, then ring bearer, then FG, then the bride.
Which makes sense for FG to immediately proceed the bride, since she is paving the way with rose petals for the bride - you don't want the MOH to walk on them!

i havent gone over the order with my officiant yet, but i think i will have my fg go right before me. i think its better to have the moh to go before you if you have especially young fg and rb because if something happens on their way down, they run off or fall down or something it can distract from your walking down! ~lacey
