My cousin got me the The complete wedding planner and organizer. I like it. It has some questions in it for each section to ask like the dj, venue stuff like that. A lot of them were a little silly or didnt apply to a LI/NY wedding. None the less there were some good ones and they made me thing of more. Each section also has pockets to put stuff in . And its a binder so I add stuff to it and also get those clear shits that i can put ideas of my own in. Good luck searching!

Wilton makes a binder that's really nice - it has a bunch of sections, list things, the plastic sheet holders, one that holds business cards & there's a calculator in it. I modified it a bit for what I needed...took out some things, added some things, but all in all it's pretty handy!

Question.. I havent done vendors yet too much.. Have you brought it to meetings or just take notes then add...

IT's kinda bulky so I don't carry it around... I haven't done too much vendor stuff either but I don't anticipate myself changing my mind and taking it with me. It' shelpful at home though when I'm doing and organizing my research. And after I've accumulated 98794874079289 things from a bridal show...
