@MrsDtoBe- It's nice to know that they offered it before and will hopefully again. Was is last October? I'll have to keep an eye out when I am ready to order!!

Has anyone ever ordered layered invitations from WPD? It seems like they give you a slightly larger than 5x7 backer with the 5x7 invitation and you assemble at home. I'm assuming it gives the effect of a very thin border since the A7 envelope is only 5.25x7.25. I'm scared to order the invites without receiving a sample first (ordered samples, but they won't arrive until the week of 11/5) and the Gilt deal ends 10/29. Ah, the pressure! Lol

Edited to try and add a picture of the invitation I liked. The backer would be ivory shimmer stock.

I was thinking of doing the invites too but the $500 for $1000 is sold out. That would have been perfect.
