Wedding Paper Divas/Dummies

I understand the mistakes can be made. But after 4 promises to resolve the issue and NO resolution as of yet, im pretty pissed. I ordered all my bridal shower invitations with thank you cards- the font is so small and light my guests are calling and asking 'What's the date? I cant read it?!' How embarassing... Whatever, i didnt make an issue of it. Then I received my wedding invitations and was shorted 25 rsvps. i have called 4 times and they keep telling me they fixed the problem and they will be sent. i call back to see if any progress has been made and theres no work order for the rsvps EVERYTIME. Now they cant even find my member info. So annoyed. Beware from ordering from them. I wasent mad that someone made the initial mistake, but i expect it to be fixed in a timely manner, not over a month with fake promises. Now I have to call AGAIN tomorrow. I hope they arrive soon bc i still need to get the address printed on my envelopes. I think the most stressful part of wedding planning is dealing with customer service!!!

Sorry you're having such a hard time with them. What did the font look like on the proof? I've found them to be the exact opposite when they did my save the dates and invites, and thought their customer service was amazing.

I'd definitely ask them to credit you some of the $ back for the shower invites though.

I'm so sorry that you're going through this. I used them for my wedding invites and had a great experience with them. I did request proofs of everything before I placed my total order though, so maybe that had something to do with it? They went above and beyond to help me with an issue involving the lined envelopes (which were actually just a piece of card stock) and ended up refunding me for them. I found their customer service to be outstanding.

Stay on top of them and threaten them with negative reviews. Word of mouth means a lot to a company like this. Good luck!

I ordered samples and liked them. But i had a representative help me fit more text into my bridal shower invite and he mustve changed the font from black to light brown. Im willing to overlook that...but i just called again AND NO WORK ORDER WAS EVER DONE .AGAIN. this time the representive told me she has no idea when they will come bc they were never printed. The thermography printer isnt working. So they lied to me. someone is supposed to call me back- that was 4 hours ago. They are nice on the phone, but that doesnt solve my actual problem. I think i will threaten with posting bad reviews on google. Thanks for hearing me vent

Latest update: They finally sent me the RSVP cards....
but WITH NO ENVELOPES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After I stressed to the woman on the phone about needing to get the envelopes printed ASAP. SOOOOO aggravated!!!!!!!
