Wedding Party

Hi Girls!!! I am going to ask my family and friends to be in my wedding at my engagment party. How did you ask your friends and family? I would love to do something creative if you have any ideas please let me know.

My two sisters live out of state and were super busy and I couldn't wait any longer and just sent them emais to ask (super impersonal, but effective lol)

I also asked my 2 FSIL's. I'm pretty well known for my brownie making abilities and my MOH suggested I bake them brownies, so I cut them up and spelled out BE MY BRIDESMAID? on them...it went over pretty well haha

and my MOH I kept procrastinating asking...and one night at dinner I just couldn't wait any longer so I grabbed a napkin and asked her for a pen. I wrote:

Will you be my MOH?
Check one:
Yes ___
No ___
Maybe ___
(Maybe really isn't an option!)

So, it was UBER cheesy, but she liked it, i think

I found it hard to wait very long to ask everyone!

I did like it :0)

I made everyone tshirts....you can see a few in my albums....I was the same way, I had a hard time waiting to ask!!! I was too excited hahaa. I know a few girls did cookies and cards.

It took me awhile, I googled ways to ask and nothing exciting came up so finally I wanted to do something personalized and did the t shirts!!

I didn't do anything creative. I pretty much went up each of them at various times when I saw them and took them aside and asked him if they would like to be in the wedding party - though majority of them already knew they were going to be BMs before I was even engaged LOL. FH did the same with the GMs.

That's exactly what FH and I did! We are totally uncreative - oh well!

I actually just made Huge heart shaped cookies. I iced them white, put edible purple glitter around the edge and then personalized each cookie saying:

Girls name,
Will you be my bridesmaid?

I wrapped them in clear treat bags and tied ribbons on top...

Gave them out on Saturday and they Loved them!
