Have you already finalized your wedding party? I'm not sure when I should ask my BMs to be in my wedding. Is it too soon?

not too soon BUT choose wisely. you don't want to regret asking the people you do. Plus you might actually see a change in the people that are picked...so that's why you should choose wisely :D

Mine is finalized but we haven't officially said anything. Mine is all family except 2 friends that I have known since I was little. FH has all family in his but he has one spot left so he doesn't know which friend to chose.

kind of, 2 of my MOHs and one of my bridesmaids know already...FH hasn't notified any of the groomsmen yet either so yea... kinda haha

ive only decided on my MOH and one BM. everyone else is being asked about a year and a half before hand...No need in asking too soon and regretting who i asked...

I already asked everyone in the BP....I kinda jumped the gun (although most are family so its not a big deal). I just hope I stay as close to my MOH and one of my BMs who arent family in two years!!

i already have the done, but u really should choose wisely. i had asked my best friend to be my bm and she said yes and now i had to kick her out. so be careful on who u choose.

A tip for anyone who hasnt picked yet-- dont get suckered in by the girls who say 'I'm going to be your BM right!??' When my friends say that its so awkward. One of the girls I just kinda yes to, by accident, without really thinking. Thankfully, I dont regret picking her!

mine is already picked and we asked them only because we are only doing immediate family. siblings and cousins with the exception of FH;s best friend of like 15 years and his girlfirend.. -- they better not break up!
my suggestion is if you cant think in your head right this second who you would like to have in your BP dont ask anyone yet! BE SURE.. it will save a lot of the drama! i have read some HORROR stories on here and i promised myself that i wouldnt let that be me.

i only picked family because i didn't want to stir up any drama w/ friends..... i would advise, based on other brides advice as well, that you wait a little while before choosing BM's because you never know, things might change!

mine is finalized. it's all family with the exception of 2 people - the Best Man who's FH best friend and one of my bridesmaids, who i've known forever and i'll be a BM in her wedding a month after mine.

ours is finalized but we haven't officially said anything. i will be asking the bridesmaids, flower girls, & ring bearer around christmas time. & the MOH officially even though she knows already. FH will ask the guys whenever he wants.

Ours is all finalized, we aren't worried about anything because most is family and a few friends from childhood

ours is finalized and everyone has been asked, we are only having family members, so it made the choosing very easy

I havent officially asked my friends...but they all know anyway. They have all been my friends for ages. And my sister is my MOH.

Ours is finalized. It's only family except for FH's 3 best men which have been his friends since forever, and also since he is the only child. I wanted to keep it short and simple.

i made the huge mistake of asking people too early bc i kicked them all out! Im not asking anyone until atleast May a year before bc people cange in a second and you would never think your best friend of 20 years would get jealous of your other bm's and go crazy on you lol i was like theres ther door see ya!!! this is a DRAMA FREE wedding
so my opinion is to wait until the last poss moment to ask about a year before

I am an only child... so my MOH is the only one who KNOWS she's in the BP... everyone else will be asked after the New Year.
