Hi girls I need recommendations for picture locations. The ceremony is located in Queens and reception is at Westbury Manor. I wanted to have a location like Old Westbury Gardens but the ceremony ends at 630 and they dont allow pictures that late. Any suggestions?

Will you have enough time? I've heard Westbury Manor has beautiful grounds. Might want to consider that so you don't miss too much of your reception.

Re: Wedding picture location
I LOVE this website! It seems that whenever I am worrying about something, someone else posts a question that takes care of my worries.
Anyway, I have been struggling with this as well. Having my ceremony end at 6:45pm, I don't think I will be able to get a place where I can comfortably take pictures without rushing to take advantage of daylight, or rushing because they are about to close.
Therefore, I am 'forced' to do a reveal before the church and do the pictures in Old Westbury Gardens or something before the ceremony :(
It's not the solution you were looking for, but I wanted to give you an idea of what I have to do.

Re: Wedding picture location
Thanks so much for the suggestions! We have a 2 hr gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour. I figured that I can have pictures at Westbury Manor (since the grounds are beautiful) and somewhere else. Just cant figure out another location thats open after 630. Keep the suggestions coming girls!
