Do you think it looks tacky to handwrite guests names and table #'s on the placecards? I found the CUTEST placecards but you can't print on them. What do you think?

i did lol. I had so much to do the last 2 weeks that i wasnt able to work on my placecards until the NIGHT before my wedding hahaha. I had these placecards that matched my theme and were very pretty but my printer was acting crazy so i had no choice but to write them. Plus i had to get them done quick bc i had to go to the RH the night before my wedding to drop them off lol. A few weeks before my wedding or more i would've cared, at that point i really didn't. I never saw my placecard table either and at my wedding it didnt effect me at all
the day before my wedding i had errands to run but not alot, problem was that it was POURING all day so it took so long to get anywhere, and i got home later than i thought i would. Got home at 6pm, so had to jump into doing the placecards and then running to JT lol

I have the same problem. So I am trying to look for a stencil for script writting that is small enough to write on a PC or I will just hire a caligrapher to write it out.

i have the WORST handwriting so i don't want to write on the cards.. but, depending on the kind of cards you are using, you can get clear labels from staples and print on them, when they go on white you don't even see the edge. you might have to play with the spacing with the lines on the card, but maybe something to try.
